3. When You May Qualify for a Refund or Replacement

You may qualify for assistance, a replacement, or a refund where appropriate if :
Broken download link : The download link supplied by our website does not work and we cannot resolve the issue.
Broken Canva template link : A Canva link supplied with your purchase is invalid or does not provide access to the purchased template, and we cannot correct it.
Incorrect product delivered : The file or template you receive is materially different from the product described on the product page.
Corrupted or incomplete file : Your purchased file is damaged, cannot be opened, or is missing essential content.
Duplicate payment : You were charged more than once for the same order.
Other legally required circumstances : Applicable consumer protection laws entitle you to a refund or another remedy.
Where possible, we may first provide a corrected file, a replacement download link, or the correct product. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, we will consider an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
4. Canva Templates and Editing Requirements
Certain products include editable Canva templates. These products are designed to let you customize text, colors, images, and other available design elements.

3. Click the Canva template link.
4. Sign in to your Canva account or create an account if necessary.

Please note that :

Please report problems with your order within 7 days of purchase whenever possible, so we can investigate promptly.
This is a requested reporting period and does not limit any longer period or remedy required by applicable law.

If your refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary.
6. Unauthorized Use and Digital Product Licensing

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly distribute our original digital files or template access links as standalone products.
